International Bob Marley Day

February 6 is International Bob Marley Day, and Wussow’s Concert Café will be celebrating in true reggae style. The evening features Woodblind Meets Teague Alexy and  The Harbor Roots. The night will be hosted by Al Pajamas and the TnT HiFi System, and catered by Chef Lyndon Ramrattan.

Woodblind’s high-energy, Jamaican-influenced ska sound joins forces with the versatile singer-songwriter Teague Alexy, following the release of their 2024 self-titled album, which also features dub master sound controllers TnT HiFi. Harbor Roots will make their debut appearance, introducing their original take on conscious reggae music to the Duluth music scene.

Chef Lyndon Ramrattan will be serving up a mouthwatering Jamaican-inspired menu, including jerk pork, rice and beans, pineapple salsa, and his signature chocolates.

This concert is one of thousands of events happening around the world on February 6, honoring Bob Marley’s life, music, and enduring messages of peace, love, and unity.
